Perla 1960

Perla 1960, a former large chain hotel, was converted to 83 apartment units. Our team worked with the owners to establish the key changes to make something planned for nightly use feel more permanent. While our model is a small studio, we were able to accomodate all of the spaces typically found in a one bedroom.
